Facebook Page Merging Tips

does anyone have any? i have 4 accounts with 5k friends and 2k followers each, i would like to turn the profile to a page then merge them but not sure what i would have to do/ what the steps are, there was a thread with tips but i cant find it, can someone link it please?

2 Duplicate Pages Just go in settings and merge two of them you can only Merge 5 and age with which you are merging should be smaller than your page
