Facebook page merge

I have been coverting personal accounts into pages, renaming the pages to the same name as the page I am trying to build, then merging them. Did this 5x yesterday and 7x today, now facebook says I can't merge because od too many requests. Does any one know what the limit is, how long i should wait before trying again, or possibly a workaround solution?

know normally that Facebook will not allow you to change the name of a fan page after it has over 200 likes- but what about if you convert a profile w/ 1,000+ friends to fan page? Will it let you rename the fan page? Facebook is being stingy not letting me choose the name i want during the conversion process, and i had already changed the name of the personal account a couple times so it won't let me change it before the conversion process
