i just paid 96 cents for promoting my page to a page which has 150000 likes he shared some of my posts (5 posts) and i have got 100 likes (now just in an hour) i just created the page yesterday with 7 posts. Is it worth it?

$1 for 100 likes seems like a fair deal to me. Although you don't really need to pay for promotion unless you're too busy. You can do it yourself, there's a ton of fb groups, idk what your page is about but i'm sure there's groups covering your niche. Just join and share but don't overshare tho cause fb will penalize you for a few days.

It mainly depends on your goal here. Being worth it means what? If your FB page is targeted around a specific niche, it would be a better idea for you to run the ads yourself. When you create the ad, be sure to target people specifically interested in your page. But, if his page is the same niche as you and has 150k likes and he agreed to a $1 shoutout... Than in my past experiences with promotions I would say yea, you got a good deal!

Again, a good deal only if his page niche is similar to yours. Or if his audience is interested in what your page is.

Seems like a good deal.
Is there any other way I can get more customer interaction to my blog/?

Maybe check analytics and from which country the likes are coming from. Besides 400+ likes for 96 cents inst a bad deal if those likes are genuine.
