Facebook page like engagement

I'm have a page with almost 12k like
Each of my post reaches 9k at least while some of them reach to 20k-40k
Each month i have at least one viral post that gets at least 150k reach

I have some questions for you guys.
1)how can get more people to like my page ? Via my posts
2)when and how to monetize my page ?

Have you tried inviting those people who engaged with your posts? I mean not spamming everyone but like ~50 a day. If you have a lot of engagement, it could mean a couple of hundreds of extra fans/ month.
