If your page is truly valuable, I think you should appeal or follow Facebook's instructions. Alternatively, you could find an older fan page that has successfully appealed. This type is very effective and used by many people.

If a page loses recommendations 90% of the time, it's due to negative signals or flags, not because the algorithm dislikes you. To get recommended again: Remove all spam and violating posts. Repost clean, engaging content with genuine interaction. Avoid spamming group shares and don't farm fake likes.

When a Page loses recommendations, it's usually due to content or user behavior. The only real solution I've found effective is to consistently post relevant, unique content and avoid anything offensive for a while.

First, check Account quality and Ad quality. Make sure you haven't violated any rules, then request a review to Meta

You should try appealing the page's decision to see if it works. Basically, I think you should use a different page, and remember to follow Facebook's rules when posting to avoid further restrictions on your page.

Did you receive any warnings for posts or unallowed activity before the recommendations stopped? If so, you can delete those posts first. Then try submitting an appeal, sometimes that can trigger a review and restore recommendations if the issues are resolved.

To see if it works, you should attempt to appeal the page's judgment. Basically, in order to prevent more limits on your page, I believe you should utilize a new page and keep in mind to abide by Facebook's regulations while posting.

Basically, Facebook’s recommendation system is super picky. If your pages aren’t getting recommended, it could be because there’s been a dip in engagement, like fewer likes, comments, or shares. Or, sometimes the algorithm picks up on too much negative feedback, or even just a lack of fresh, interesting content. Just try to post more often, engage with your followers, and maybe even ask for reviews or recommendations. It usually helps!

You have to resolve the violations, keep posting clean content, and wait. Some pages recover over time, others never do if the strikes were serious.

The main reason your page lost recommendations is because it posted content that violated the policy. You need to go to that page, delete all violating posts, and post appropriate content to clean up the page. Then, add new administrators and remove the old ones, and wait for the system to re-evaluate.
