How can get more real fans page Facebook from usa and canada
I need targeted Fans with lower cost

If you are not in a hurry, you can be able to get those fans on your own. I will say it is the best option that I can recommend for you. All you need to do is find a niche that is available in the two countries that you are interested in, after that, you can begin doing the posting using VPN so as to get the IP address of the location of your choice.
 
use facebook ads and get cheap likes by creating a funny and engaging post.
 
Most of likes from FB ADS are fake (about 50%) - I spent a lot money for that!
I suggest you to but the REAL traffic to your website and make the popup with your fanpage - Its better and cheaper!
 
I would have suggested facebook ads as well, but from my experience 75% of those likes are very low quality.

I would go this way as okazaki say, but keep in mind that facebook just made a new update lowering fan pages reach .. better to collect an email list, just saying.

i got alot of emails.. how will that help with facebook fanpage
 
what i mean .. facebook gives you a reach of 1% or less ( i guess ) so if you have 100 000 likes you post will probably reach ( 1000 one ) but if you send emails you will have a reach of 100 000 .. do you see what i mean ?

do you know what is the best way to monetize email list?. and is there a tool for it?
