I recently received a copyright claim and the photo was simply removed. I am trying to retract it now and discuss it with the other party. Has anyone dealt with a copyright claim on their page before? What has happened to them and how many can you receive. I have never received one before and am trying to figure out as much as possible about this issue. Does is work like policy violations where if it continues to happen you get temporary page blocks? Please let me know any experiences anyone has had with this.

one time I had a big youtuber facebook page and it was taken in no time!! it had like 350K
you can never predict facebook... Just if you have a big page or business, whenever you want to post something that belong to someone, contact first. if they say yes, post it. otherwise don't^^

copywrite claim is the most serious claim for a im and web designer .

you delete the content and tell the service you have deleted content and very sorry .

a copywrite warning was reported from the organal owner got to be very carefull.

can lead to court action .

They told me through the e-mail it could lead to blocks on the page or it being removed. I don’t plan on ever having this happen again. Has anyone else had it happen multiple times to them or more than once where they can share their experiences? Please let me know

once you reach 500,000 likes , it will be easier, and you can appeal / discuss / and refuse to remove it, they will ask the owner for proof, if he fail to provide it, you keep the picture. they usually fail.

How many warnings do you usually get if the appeal doesn’t work? I hear that they block posting from page temporarily if it continues to happen

never had any issue with that, i get videos removed daily, and some other videos edited by me, i appeal it, others i just simply delete, my page is 4.5 million fans.

And you’ve had videos removed because of copyright then and have had no issue appealing?

Sorry, i get the option to delete the video, or keep it and ignore, or appeal it and claim ownership. i thought all pages have the same :/ they never delete a video without notifying me.
