You have to pay attention to the quality of your profile.
If your profile isn't really all that active and doesn't have many connections or friends, I would be very cautious.
I got burned before where I had a very old Facebook account, but it only had three friends.
When I tried to join a huge number of groups, I got limited very quickly.
The moral of the story is, pay attention to your profile quality.
If you know you are going to be adding a ton of groups in a short period of time, do yourself a big favor and be more active with your account first.
Try to add more friends, interact with friends, and otherwise use your Facebook account normally.
It should have that normal pattern, and then you start adding groups.
If I were you, I would follow the advice of the other users here and set up a schedule where your account is joining groups every few hours.
It's better to play it safe because if you're not playing the churn and burn game with a ton of VPA accounts, you need to play it slow and low.
