Need to renew a facebook page for a client but the previous admin of the page is unknown to me. Is there a way to find out who it is?

Yeah, if you have absolutely no way to find that, you'll want to contact Meta's Facebook support for it and try your chances there.

Go to your Facebook page, select settings, select new page experience. Here you can see

Main Menu
