facebook outage?

I don't think I can post pictures yet, however there is an ongoing outage, I wonder if this is them updating the algorithm for facebook and instagram.

I noticed that my accounts on instagram were getting flagged for "being against community guidelines" and nothing has changed for the last year in my posting, My dad told me he was unable to post on his facebook, so I checked to see what the issue was.

I really hope this is the algo update so we can test and prepare for the future of our advertising.

Goodluck everyone out there, I would recommend low settings for the first week or so after algo update so we can figure out the new limits.
