I have good experience with Facebook, but recently I’ve noticed a drop in organic reach even when engagement is decent. Has anyone else experienced this? What’s working for you right now?

Yes, I have noticed it too. I had better results with short simple posts, reels and content that gets real comments or shares instead of just likes. Facebook is now too careful more about meaningful interaction now.

Yeah the same here. For me groups seem to be performing decently.

I’ve noticed that shift as well; Facebook content has become more selective. We need to focus on short-form videos or trending topics. I find that posts like these generate better organic reach compared to just posting static images or standard content.

indeed i have observed the same trend as well. it seems to be becoming increasingly difficult to attain organic reach even when there is some sort of engagement. video content that encourages comments is performing better than normal post conttent.

You need both followers and viewers to convert them into customers, both are capped to max. 10% on organic reach like it is with IG.
Make money with them first then spend ads, for your followers and for your viewers -separate campaigns. With ads you can set the viewers reach with your budget and you unlock your followers- all then can see your ad.
Use that step by step twist to make money on FB. Any you are a leader in your niche , the expert? Then stop doing follow and unfollow people....witrh strong position the right content for the algo, then your audience will find and follow you.

We also felt a drop in facebooks organic reach in the last few weeks but unlike in your case, we also felt it in the engagement

I think meaningful conversations stronger hooks & native content seem to work better than simply chasing likes.

Yeah, I've noticed similar things lately. Facebook seems much more focused on recommendation and video signals now, so decent likes alone don't always translate into reach. Meta also says its recent ranking updates have increased organic feed/video views, with Reels getting more same-day recommendations.
I'd test more short videos/Reels and focus on shares + watch time, while keeping the regular posts that already get good engagement.

Your reels only will work to make sales- when you are in high volume niches.
