Facebook on the deep web

Hello guys, i came across an article that said that Facebook got themselves a site on deep and there are actually over a million users using it that way.
They don't trace your ip, so a lot of people could be acessing using same exit nodes.
Let's discuss how bad could it be if we use it to just create fakes. It's like: Got banned? no problem, just reconnect and create another account right away.
