Most pages used to be locked requiring login but in the past few days I noticed now they will give that login popup lock for even pages that used to be public.

Each social media gets worse and worse with their restrictions. With reddit they have stopped allowing viewing with old reddit and also demanding logins.

So that is 2 more sites I am locked out of what limited access I had of them as I am not making their stupid accounts.

The internet is getting more and more like a walled garden/s with everything sealed off with gatekeeping getting worse and worse.

Yes, there are many platforms that are requiring login to be done by users it is difficult for the researcher to find anything when he does not want to create an account.

Yeah, I have noticed the same thing. More sites seem to be putting basic content behind login walls now. At this rate, the “open web” is slowly becoming the “please create an account first” web :D

My websites haven't shown any problems yet. If your information is accurate, I'll need to pay more attention and prepare more. Thank you, my friend.

That reminds me of another one...news sites! So many content locked now.

Reddit's doing the same thing.
