Woke up to notifications on my phone from pages i dont use anymore saying "you havent posted in 7days post something now!"

Seems kinda drastic to me and ive been hearing about inactive pages suddenly getting deleted recently.. Little worried if i have to continuously post all the time forever..

I haven't posted on some of my pages for 3-4 months now but no such notification to me.
My pages are also still there

Do you have notifications switched off though? Go on your pages and it should be under your activity feed

Isn't there a way to schedule posts now? That way you will have fresh content daily/weekly even if you don't visit your pages for awhile.
