Facebook not real location verification using emulator or other method

Hello, I need to verify location of one Facebook account and this location should match Current city of that profile.

I am not able to physically visit this location. So I tried BlueStacks emulator and set desired location coordinates. But Facebook had to figure it somehow that either I did not use real location or that I was using emulator, because they said after few days they were not able to verify my location, although I provided it.

Do you have any suggestions how to accomplish this? Which emulator should I use and how I should setup it so that Facebook will accept it? Any personal experience?
I prefer to finish this verification without real mobile device, but if there is no other reliable way, I can also try to use some real device method. I know there are some apps that let you set desired GPS location coordinates, but it would be great is someone can confirm some specific app work so that Facebook will not able to recognize it.

Try use fake gps on emulator to change your location to your desire locatios.
