Facebook not loading

So created these accounts around 5 months ago. These are strong accounts. I don't spam. I always use cookies to log in.

I moved place, so got new internet. And formatted PC. Now using chrome to log in to the accounts using cookies but the page is not loading. It's not giving checkpoint, no error of any kind but just shows that it is trying to log in. It looks like I have slow internet and the page is loading but no. Internet is fine. I refreshed the page but it does not load.

Last time I was using chrome for these accounts at the old place. So thought Chrome would do good.

Trying new browser now.
