Facebook Ninja PPC program - Cannot find it at all, does anyone have the thread to it?

I am looking for a Facebook PPC program. Was called something like ninja ppc or something like that.
It basically analyzed the existing campaigns and it would give you the success rates of each.

Anyways, would appreciate if someone had the links to them.
