Facebook new video exploit??

Um yeah this looks interesting. My problem with FB is they make links to YouTube videos look like poop. If you could get the full preview on people's facebook feed with a large play button and have it play the youtube video within facebook that would be glorious. Is that what this is? Hard to tell from the test posts on that page you linked, because the watch more button just redirects to another site. But the URL below says YouTube.com...
 
The videos are actually uploaded to the page. Check there videos section.
They are not Youtue videos, the admin only set the publisher's meta as Youtube.com.
However, the admin did some modification (somehow), which resembles a link layout (like a normal link post) plus a "watch more" button.
The gurus need to address this. Like, seriously.

lol try to upload a video on the form you screenshotted and come back and answer these questions yourself.
 
go to facebook ads ---> page post -->create post -->choose "link" ---> paste the url (redirect) ---> display link is YOUTUBE.COM ---> media format=video --> select/uplaod video ---> publish post ---> done...

Tried these steps but I got this error message!!
Your Post Wasn't Created
Error creating posts. Please retry later. You can also go to your Page and post from there. (#390) (FacebookApiException) Your video upload timed out before it could be completed. This is probably because of a slow network connection or because the video you're trying to upload is too large. Please try again.

Any help?
