Facebook new layout page follower button not showing

From yesterday i'm facing this problem this one showing only like button but not showing follow button is it new update...?

Well, it's not showing for all pages. Some pages have not enabled following. Pages of some categories like local business also don't have follow button on their pages. Some pages are not showing this due to age or country restrictions.
