I think your be better of using a resedentual ip setup.
or a ipv6 setup.
you must create the account with the same ip as the bot.

post how your making your accounts ?
it might be wrong way post
if you made accounts with mobile you need to use the same country ip as the country your in.
I suggest resedentual then ipv6

i was creating accounts using virtual machines (vps). All were unique, and connecting to the internet throw a mobile phone.
above don't look right , are you doing new phone id, and using new cookie each account
how are you making your accounts please,
the account making process not that easy .
the main emails are yahoo and gmail if not more bans these days

You mean if I use mail.ru for make accounts i will get ban?
I have the same problem
I used Mozilla in pc and also mobile network with add-on of clear cookies, vpn service.
After the account been created, while adding first friend, account is been disabled with photo verification. I got banned for my 7 account. If I upload the photo account get disabled.
Does changing browser finger print help in account creation?
