Verification from statement? What does that even mean? In certain cases you need to submit an ID that is congruent with the CC you are adding. Are these accounts farmed? Rented? A little more info would help...

Gotcha, yeah that happens, so you do not have access to the billing statement of the CC to verify the charge?

Because of Chinese hackers doing stupid shit now CC verification is a new standard. Get used to it.

no way to avaoid it, get something which u can verify. I think you want to activate coupon?
I've also meet this. 2 times out of 10 facebook will ask for bank verification, to avoid this don't attach cards on accounts that get checkpoint locked fast. Also i've seen that adding a phone number to the fb account adds some trust to the account.

I don't warming them. I am creating account and adding card and creating campaign. I tried personal acc and BM and same result.
