Facebook monetization

if its not available in your country its not possible, you can use VPN but you will be flagged for suspicious activity, its best to partner with someone and share revenue at this case

Facebook’s monetization rules are tied to the country of the Page and the country of the person managing it, so if monetization isn’t available where you live, the tools simply won’t appear.

Hi, I have a question. I'd like to know if I can monetize content on Facebook from a country where Facebook's monetization tools aren't available. I have a YouTube channel where someone is stealing my videos and re-uploading them to Facebook. I don't do it myself because I can't monetize in my country. Has anyone had experience monetizing from a country where Facebook doesn't allow it? What would the process be? Would it involve creating an account with a VPN from a country where monetization is available, buying a monetized page, or finding a partner to help me upload the videos? What would be the best option? I'm asking because I have zero experience with Facebook.
go for an agency they will handle accounts, ad budget and fees ... if you cant run ads in your region ... less headache for you

Facebook monetization is country restricted so using VPNs or buying pages can easily lead to bans A safer approach is reporting stolen content or partnering with someone in an eligible country

You should find an account with the time zone of a country that allows monetization on Facebook.
Don’t not use a VPN because when Facebook scans it, you will be banned for violating policies. And you must handle the withdrawal issue (This is the most important thing)
After everything is okay, you can file a copyright complaint to Facebook about the person who copied your content.

By 2026, revenue from short videos (Reels) and video ads on Facebook will be in fierce competition with YouTube. Prioritize collaboration to focus on content creation, rather than struggling with Meta's technical barriers.

First: The person stealing your YouTube videos is violating policy

Before monetization, this matters:

  • Facebook does NOT allow monetization of stolen/reuploaded content
  • If they are monetizing your videos, their page is at risk of demonetization or termination
  • You can (and should) file copyright takedowns

What you can do immediately

  • Use Facebook Rights Manager (best option)
  • Or submit manual copyright reports
  • Even without monetization access, you still own the content

Many creators stop thieves this way and later reclaim monetization.
