Hi, I have a question. I'd like to know if I can monetize content on Facebook from a country where Facebook's monetization tools aren't available. I have a YouTube channel where someone is stealing my videos and re-uploading them to Facebook. I don't do it myself because I can't monetize in my country. Has anyone had experience monetizing from a country where Facebook doesn't allow it? What would the process be? Would it involve creating an account with a VPN from a country where monetization is available, buying a monetized page, or finding a partner to help me upload the videos? What would be the best option? I'm asking because I have zero experience with Facebook.

Create a Facebook account from a country where monitization is enabled and run via vps or.vpn
As for getting your earnings
You can use many channels to achieve that

Withdrawing the money is going to be the problem but you can also JV with someone..)) And share a % with them.

Safest option is partnering with someone in a monetized country avoid VPN tricks and just DMCA the stolen uploads.

If monetization is not available in your country, you won't be able to enable it. Work where it is available, on a new account using a VPN. Just make sure you decide how you will withdraw your money in advance

If Facebook monetization isn’t available in your country, the safest way is to partner with someone or a company in a supported country through Rights Manager or Content Partnerships. Using VPNs or buying pages violates Facebook’s rules and can get your account banned.

best practise, is to get an anti detect broweser, a very strong undetected proxy and a very strong proxy, create a new profile and warm it up slowly it would take a week at least,, then start ur page on it slwoly, for payouts u ll need a bank acc from that country , but i belive wise would be the best option to get another country bank acc, if it didnt work, u can find someone to wthdraw to his bank acc, and share some profit with him, that will be an easy one to deal with!

Making money from Facebook requires you to have clear legal information, not VPN or proxy. If there is no payment support where you are, you need to contact someone elsewhere who does to manage payment cards. Also, consider filing a copyright claim if someone reposts your video.

You can monetize only through an eligible country’s payout setup. Most creators partner with someone abroad to manage uploads and handle payouts legitimately :)

You can do it with VPN in the country that allows monetization. For withdrawal, you can link with someone in this country and share % with them so that you can match payment information + actual country + valid documents. But there will still be a risk that if FB finds out, they will lock the page and remove your monetization rights or withdraw all your earnings.

It’s a good question, and many creators in restricted regions face the same challenge. As far as I know, Facebook’s monetization tools are tied directly to the country of the account and the page’s verification/eligibility.

Making money on Facebook requires legal transparency; you need to set up payments through an eligible country, you cannot rely on VPN or Proxy. If your region does not support payments, you must work with a partner abroad to manage payment cards and receive legal payments. In addition, always proactively file a copyright claim when your content is copied.

Use a fake IP or a VPS to create another Facebook account named 'Trung' associated with your YouTube channel in a country that allows earning money on Facebook, and start monetizing your content.

If monetization isnt available in your country, the easiest way is to use an account in a country where it is available. Plan ahead how you’ll receive payments.

Facebook has specific policies about monetizing content, and these tools are not available in all countries. Make sure you understand the requirements and conditions for monetization. If you find that your content has been copied and reposted without your permission, you may want to consider taking steps to protect your rights, such as reporting it to Facebook. You can try using a VPN to open a Facebook account from a country where monetization tools are available. However, this may violate Facebook's terms of service, so consider the risks.

Another approach is to focus on building your audience on multiple platforms first once your content is popular, you’ll have more options to monetize legally without breaking any rules.

This is also a good way but it will take a lot of time to build on the platforms.

Facebook monetization rules are based on your real location, legal identity, and page ownership so using a VPN, buying monetized pages, or pretending to be in another country will not work long-term and can easily get everything banned. The safest and most effective option is to file copyright claims against the person stealing your videos and, if you want to monetize, work with an official rights-management partner or a trusted friend in an eligible country who can legally manage the page on your behalf. That way, you stay compliant, protect your content, and avoid the risks that come with trying to bypass Facebook’s policies.
