I've recently created a page and posted some videos and bought views to reach the requirements but
I'm not meeting Partner Monetisation Policies criteria. I checked more information about it and it says that I need a presence of 90 days on Facebook.

Is there a way to speed up the process ? Are there any websites that offer pages that are at least 90 days old? Thanks

There is no other website which sells you such page but you can search for anyone who is interested in selling his page specific to your niche.

there are plenty of sites but i think its against policy to promote here right? google player2player marketplaces

Do you guys know if 90 days means to have a page which is at least 90 days old or I should have a page which has been active (posting daily) for 90 days?

That is a mandatory step of facebook. There is no way to speed up. You can buy qualified fanpage turn on monetization to get started. Good luck!
