Facebook Message System for Groups changed and it's shit !

Hello,

I am handling a more than 70k people Facebook Group messaging interactions. We have had big problems lately but one is even more annoying than the others.

For around 2 or 3 months, they implanted a new messaging system and since it was INCREDIBLY shit, I kept using the old system, to which we still had access..... which seem to not be the case any more this morning. To resume, I had a LOT of tags to each of my conversations in the old system and they now disappeared. New system make it almost impossible to show more than 20 messages (while I have like 2000 that I wish to see, it was easy with old system) etc. etc.

Anyone has the same problem?
Any way to keep using the old system ? I can't find anything about this all over internet. :/

To be honest, I am really surprised that no one is talking about this. ANY ONE with a lot of interactions with their customers through their Facebook Page/Groupe Instant Messaging system probably want to kill himself with this new horrible system from Facebook.

And the worst is that you don't even want to tell them nor give them any feedback because you are afraid they would then see anything you do as illegal and just close your page.
