Facebook Media Portal Needed

I want someone that have Facebook Creator Media Panel and raise a case to check my disabled payout account ( it is disabled becouse of a bug ) but I am unable to fix it from facebook support becouse Im getting always bot response , the only way is to submit it from a media pannel.

NOTE : Media Creator Portal ( not ads portal )

The first time I heard it, normally when the account is disabled after several unsuccessful appeals, I will create a new account, or buy from the reseller to avoid wasting time
