I was looking for something like that last year, because of an impersonator scamming unsuspecting customers. Never found anything, but I could see how a South Korean rapper girl - Lisa or Lila, something like that - asked her HUGE fanbase on Twitter to mass report a disgusting FB page, whose sole purpose was to defame her. They all reported the page, thousand of them real people and frequent FB users (I suspect most of them just dwell on the platform 24/7), multiple times... to no avail. The page is still up and running. FB is horrible, and there's not much one can do.
