Hey guys,

just over a week ago I created a new Page on Facebook with my personal account and added about 10 pics. So far the page has 1 like from someone. While looking for ways how to grow my page without having to pay I stumbled onto Mass Planner and now know what I have to do.

I now realise I made a mistake and should have made a new account from where I then should have created the page. Is it safe to make another account an admin, then remove my own profile? Then I could log in with Mass Planner with the different account via a proxy.

In the odd chance that account would ever get hacked, would my main account be as well because it created the page?

Do my worries make sense or is there nothing to worry about?

Also, on my IG account (which is growing pretty quickly) I have my FB account listed as a website. If my IG account ever got banned, would my FB one be safe? Just wondering as they are both owned by FB.

Thanks a lot.

Hey,

You're smart to worry about getting banned, because it happens.

I think your idea of adding a second admin as a backup is a smart one. Use that account if the first one gets banned. If you only have one admin on a Fan Page and it gets banned, you're out of luck.

Facebook throws up Checkpoints (and hands out bans) quite a bit.

Would my personal account be safe though if the bot account would be banned? After all Facebook could track my profile back to the page.

my advice is not to be that paranoid, your main account should be fine.
