Facebook Marketplace

Hi guys

I'm trying to list a service on Facebook Marketplace.

I've done this a few times without any problems.

But this time it said the as may violate the listing policy.

I quickly deleted the listing in case my other listings got flagged and removed.


Now every time I attempt to list anything it stays in " being reviewed" state for ages ( my listings would be posted within a few minutes before).

I'm guessing because eBay's algorithm had picked up on the previous listing, that now all my listings are being put into a manual review (that I do now want).


Does anyone have any idea how long my account will be flagged for or what I can do ?

If your ad is not showing up edit the ad. Go to the location part. Type in the first three letters of your location then choose your city from the drop down list that Facebook generates, the map on the screen will shift slightly. Save. Now your ad will show up. I did this with about 20 of my ads that had no views this and sold most of the stuff by the end of the week.

I should have said.....

This is for a marketplace listing not an Ad.

This is why I'm struggling to find any information, because everything is targeted at Facebook ads and not just listing it as a item in the marketplace.

What do you mean?

I have never encountered this before. But in my opinion the position you listed has affected that. Please try again.Good Luck
