I sell all different types of items and looking to get some reviews on my marketplace account, whats the best way to go about this ? for some customers it pops up to leave a rating and some it doesnt and many just dont follow through after they got what they want so im not sure how to approach, please advise!

You should proactively text your customers after they receive their item, politely thank them and ask them to leave a review. Send a message thanking them for their purchase and then asking them to write a review so they don’t feel pressured to leave a review. And you should send a message thanking them and asking them to write a review 1-2 days after the customer receives their item.

Send a review reminder after delivery, once the customer has received the item, you can:
Send a thank you message with a gentle reminder (automatically or manually) a few days later.
Include a pre-printed thank you card in the package, with instructions on how to leave a review.
So i run a pawnshop, im nto shipping as facebook doesnt allow me to do so yet, but i am trying to get reviews from customers that choose pickup, i will try the thankyou note, i already do the other items you mentioned and i am super nice and responsive on messages. anyway i can be more proactive about this?
