Hi BHW
When I try to create a new a listing to get buyers to but NETFLIX account facebook keeps deleting my listings and saying that the listing vioalte the rules of the marketplace
Is there any other way to promote my product without getting detected by FACEBOOK?

Please obscure the netflix logo partially with PTS, and also do not have the word "netflix" on the content of the article, be it N.e.t.f.l.i.x or Net-Flix. netflix is a big brand, they have paid for FB to protect their copyright, so you can't sell their products illegally
 
NETFLIX is a big brand, if you do, you will definitely be banned by FB. You should edit the name as well as blur it, you may be sued for copyright infringement and plagiarism
 
Subtly imply what you're selling exactly, obscure or alter any and all trademark logos etc. on your listing. Best of luck.
 
It's true, I always need to be careful with copyrights.

Definitely, you can design your own image without having Netflix logo but the information should be clearly stated in the banner

You can use some cloaking methods to make it harder for facebook to detect
 
you can eclipse logo or create content what you want to sell. it can be avoid of facebook delete
