The only problem you are limited to 1 advertising on FB when its new. When its warm up you can do 3 adverising and so on.

I think the issue is more proxy based. You got to make sure you proxy is not data center and not dirty. Then if you have those 2 it helps.

This is true, have been looking for a good proxy but it's kinda difficult to get, do you work with marketplace too ?
 
Use an account with history spending is best choice for you, but pls check content carefully before you launch and use cloaking if the product is violate Facebook's policy

I know what you want to say. You need an account that can use the European time zone, an old account and has used many clean ads, that is an advantage to help your campaign develop well and not encounter other problems.
