Facebook Marketplace Does Not Work - WTF!

Facebook marketplace is so difficult to get... Whats a actual method of actually activating it? Im in a country that is supported.. my Date of birth on fb is 18+ all the requirements are there.. and still it doesnt work.
Does anyone know a legit way? Its driving me crazy.
