OP, it is pretty clear that you don't have any money.

What you are proposing is a Joint Venture NOT Hiring a Freelancer.

Anybody responding to this would be very foolish.

I do have money so can pay as well.got over $2000

In that case you need to pay up front or for work completed.

At the moment this is not Hiring anybody, it is a JV
Decide if you want to Hire a Freelancer or do a JV.

Hire a Freelancer = You pay them for work carried out. Not at some future date or dependent on any conditions.
JV = You both share the risk for possible future rewards.
