Facebook Marketing

So I was reading this thread here -

If you haven't read it, seems like a great BH way to get free marketing.

However, I dont have time do this whole process and was wondering if someone sells separate Facebook accounts that are ready to go with $50 or $100 of ad sense credit. This means VCC verified etc...

So if anyone does this or knows a thread of someone who does please let me know.

Also can I advertise one FaceBook page from hundreds of different accounts without catching Facebooks attention?

Everyone needs this but doesnt look like anyone can provide this?

Facebook and VCC's don't really work together anymore. It's a shame but it is what it is.

Yea im saying i need Facebook accounts to promote with all the hard work already finished.
