Facebook marketing need help

Hey guys, I will get straight to the point... I have started my own site where I sell things and I'm trying to market it on Facebook ( Been lurking around for a few weeks, hard task to be honest ).

I have also created a Facebook profile where I added a lot of people and afterwards invited them to like my page but things did not work out that good.

I would appreciate if you guys could share useful strategies/information with me ?

Do you have an advertising budget? If so you can try Facebook ads. However personally, without much budget i prefer advertising on instagram using the follow unfollow method.

Thanks for your help For now im advertising on Google ( Google adwords ) however im not getting that much of traffic/buyers through that.

I maybe try Facebook ads, but do you know any other way than the ones you mentioned to success ?
