I also have the same problem as you on my proxy. Here I got help to change IP or delete cookies. But after deleting cookies the problem still persists. But changing IP it was solved.

Sounds like a temporary security glitch from FB’s end. If you’re still logged in on another device, go to Settings → Security and change your password from there instead of resetting it. Also, enable 2FA — it usually fixes these random logout issues.
