Facebook lock feature

So as you know when creating facebook in usa, there is no profile lock feature. Is there a way to create these facebook accounts that has professional mode and profile lock features at the same time while being in the us? I've tried to use vpn and then tried to create an account via UAE vpn location, I still don't see this feature?

Facebook profile lock feature is not available for professional profiles in any region however, there are other privacy settings and features that are available for professional profiles and pages such as the ability to control who can see your posts and the ability to restrict comments and messages from certain users.
