Facebook Live Voting [Gain likes like crazy]

Hey everybody,

I'm in search for the program that can make live Facebook Votings. I saw a couple of those live votings on UNILAD and they gain likes like crazy.

Does anybody know what kind of program they use to make such votings?

I have put a picture down below so you can see exactly what I mean. Does anybody know about this?
