Facebook links to my website

Hello guys,

Ok , i have personal facebook account ,and in my profile is link to my website , i using wp statpress plugin and when some1 click on link on my profile i go in log and see link like " http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com%2F&h=0ef2b " and only difrent in this code when other person click is last code " 0ef2b " now i thinking how i can with that code see from who person is that profile ?
