i've heard from someone that fb can limit the amount of people that see your posts (as page admin).
Is this true and Based on what do they limit this? Are there things to avoid when posting?

One of my apps is detected as 'spammy' :
What to do to prevent this? should i dilude this by letting only 1 out of 2 users post a wall message? Or will this not help ?
What does this mean for my app, 'reduced' .. 80% of normal distribution? 20% 1 % ?

Warning level yellow: something your app is currently doing has been detected as spammy, which may reduce its distribution in news feed. Look at your Insights metrics to see what may be causing this. For example, a higher rate of stories marked as spam, users uninstalling or blocking your app, etc.
