I noticed a lot of facebook likes websites that sells FB likes.
After checking it out, it sounds like they are outsourcing their work abroad to other people.
Does anyone know how or where do they find those suppliers?

Also, what are your thoughts on businesses like that?

Probably fiverr, that would seem like the cheapest place to get it done.

If you want outsourcing that's well in good, why you are not going freelance, there you find out lots of service provider, they offer cheap rate.
