Facebook likes question (Contest)

I have a question on ways that I can get fb likes for a contest I entered my wife in to receive LASIK surgery. I see fb likes that you can buy for fan pages and for photos but what if the like button for the contest is not associated with the actual picture?? I will attach the web address so you are able to see what I am talking about. How can I go about getting votes for something like this?? I cannot post the link here I guess so if you go to Minnesota Eye Consultants fb page and click 'My LASIK Valentine' you will and click on a contestant (I am Eric) you will be able to see what I am talking about. I know what the direct link is to the page but the 'like' is not on the photo rather below it in a separate box so I am wondering how that works??

its a facebook apps, u need like the page allow and then vote

no auto like for that

u need to buy the votes or vote yourself fake accounts

Where can I go to buy the votes? Sorry but newbie to all of this! lol
