I was told there is a website where you like other peoples pages and you get rewarded with coinsand then people will like your page back to get coins also, and it is free, does anyone know the name of this site ? thank you

when i try to sign up for addmefast i get this message "We cannot register you, because you already have an account in our network. AddMeFast doesn't allow multiaccounts."...And I have never signed up for the site before and changed the email twice and got same message.

I don't know if LikeVisits is close to what you're looking for. I've never tried it yet. Just read the site's FAQ.
