Facebook Like Pop-up

Is there a decent WP plugin out there that will pop-up the like box after X secs of delay. The fact is there are a lot of plugins out there but most of them are crappy and the ones that provide some level of customisation charge $XX including Codecanyon stuff.

- Need option to design the pop-up (CSS)
- Need option to set delay
- Need option to turn-off pop-up for users already connected to the page
- Need option to set the time delay when a user will next see the pop-up after he closes (assuming he comes back to the site later).

OK - just to update the thread, I guess I found what I wanted.
