Facebook "like" competition help

I have a problem. There is competition (likes) that I want to win. I need around 1000 likes to win (maybe even 2000). Likes must be higly targeted (few specific countries, only way of knowing is by name, names must be domestic). I do not have money to buy accounts, change their names, buy proxies and everything else that I need to pull this off so I am asking you for an advice? My budget is 200$ top.

I have no problem with making my own accounts, can you give some adivce how many in one day? I have tried, but I am getting phone roadblock wich keeps me from finishing registration.

My strategy is that i enter in the competition on it's last day, so no one lese can make that much of accounts and beat me. Please help!

If I buy 1000 accounts from someone, can I get phone verification road block only? I mean, I can pass captch or DOB roadblock, but phone verification not.
