Mark Z. just announced it via Live Stream. Facebook Basically a one-stop shop system for small businesses integrating with all their platforms (FB, Insta, Whatsapp, Messenger) and most ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Woocommerce etc.)

This could potentially be a huge improvement upon their "dated" platform. Especially if the integration with big ecommerce systems like Shopify, Woocommerce et al. works as described.

What's your opinion?

I think it will fail like WorkPlace, it sounds like a rebrand of their existing services + playing catchup with Google rather than something brand new.
 
Everithing at this platform have so much lags, bugs. i think this one will be next :)
 
In my opinion FACEBOOK will launch different programs until they will have the best service.
