facebook language: english or dutch or both!!

hy members, I'm preparing with my promotion site and the big question is the language for promotion through facebook.
I'm a citizen in netherlands and prmotion will be for everybody, so my biggest question is, in which language to promote via facbook, one account in english and one account in dutch or both languages on de same FB account. can anybody help me with this dilemma?
