<img border="0" height="1" width="34"> The Facebook 'Land Grab' is Coming to an End
This week is the 'BIG LAND GRAB' on Facebook.
After this week, it's over.
As of March 10th, Facebook is doing away with their "FBHTML" application. This is the application that allows us website owners, business owners and marketers to create "custom tabs" or "landing pages" on our Facebook Pages.
The problem is, once the FBHTML application is removed you will need to use an iFrame application to create custom landing pages and tabs.
So what does that really mean?
Facebook is NOT providing you with an iFrame application like they do now with FBHTML.
You will be responsible for creating your own iframe and code. And you won't have the ability to create the same type of tabs and landing pages that create sales, revenue and build database of prospects and clients.
But here's the good news...
You still have time!
According to Facebook, if you install the FBML application on your Facebook Page BEFORE March 10th, you are grandfathered in. If you don't have a business Facebook page, NO Problem. We can set one up for you when we install the code.
After March 10th, only the "Install Option" goes away.
Here's more good news...
Even if you don't have the graphics and site content ready to go on the Facebook page, we can install FBHTML code and 'grab the land.' When we install the code, you will be able to add video, ecommerce, full landing pages. Facebook is second only to Google in traffic. We believe anyone with ability to have FBHTML on the custom Facebook pages will be in a superior marketing position.
