I created a new account with a fresh CC, created an ad, the ad would not spend then after 18 hours my ad account was suspended, I submitted my ID but there's been no response up to now and its been 8 days. The biggest issue I have is that FB does not respond or give any feedback so I have no idea whats going on. My ad was completely legit. Is Facebook banning new ad accounts now?

Facebook support system is all automated. Only the real-looking queries reach the real human Facebook representative. Rest all are replied with automated computer message. So, try to make your response more genuine. This will only work if -
1. You are not using the same IP address on which previously an ads account was banned.
2. You are using a working VCC. (99.99% are blocked. Only few know the working VCC)
3. Your Facebook account is not marked as spam. It needs to have some activity if you are going to use it as personal ads account.
And lastly there are techniques to create these accounts, and again these are known to very few, who learnt them by failing multiple times or some other ways. And you won't be getting any of these tricks for free on internet or even by money.
